Soft vinyl gives the rounded, slightly hollow feel that designer toys are known for. We slush-mould in-house and hand-finish every piece before packing.
De-flash & Clean
Every piece is de-flashed and cleaned by hand before painting — the step that decides whether a seam line shows up on shelf.
Hand Painting
Masked spray for base tones, hand brush for gradients and small graphics. Complex art toys are painted by our most senior painters only.

Colourways, chase variants and numbered editions are planned into the run, with sealed packing so the ratio holds across cartons.

Vinyl or PVC — how to choose
Vinyl is softer, lighter and rounder, and it holds the hand-made look that art-toy collectors pay for. PVC is sharper on detail and cheaper per unit at high volume. If your character has fine mechanical detail or a tight retail price, PVC usually wins; if the charm is in the silhouette and the finish, vinyl is worth the extra cost.

What is your MOQ for custom figurines?
100 units per design for soft vinyl or ABS. Resin art statues start from 50 units. Plush starts from 300 units. We can discuss smaller pilot runs for new partners.
Who owns the IP of the character we create?
100% yours. We sign an IP assignment at project start — full transfer of sculpt files, moulds, and production rights upon final delivery. No royalties, no hidden usage.
How long does a full custom project take?
Brief to sample: 12 working days. Sample to mass production: 30–40 days depending on material and quantity. EU/US shipping by air or sea is included in our delivery schedule.
Why does vinyl cost more per unit than PVC?
Vinyl is formed one piece at a time with more manual handling — de-flashing, cleaning and hand painting are labour-heavy steps. The result is a finish that injection moulding cannot reproduce.
How consistent is the colour across a run?
We work from a signed paint master and check every batch against it under standard lighting. Hand-painted gradients are matched by senior painters working from the same reference.
Can you produce a numbered limited edition?
Yes. Numbered editions, signed cards, and sealed packing are handled on a dedicated line with access control.
