Mould & Tooling
Production moulds are cut in-house. The mould belongs to you — we hand over the tooling and sculpt files on final delivery, no royalties, no re-order lock-in.
Mass Production
Seven production lines, full inspection at every step, and IP-camera coverage across the floor. Colour, flocking and printing are checked against your approved sample.
Retail Packaging
Blind-box wrapper, window box, foil card, display tray and outer carton — designed in-house and packed to your market's retail requirements.

How a blind-box series runs
We lock the sculpt first, then the paint master, then the packing layout — in that order. Changing the sculpt after tooling starts costs time and money, so we push hard on the prototype stage where changes are cheap. Every design in a series shares one moulding and painting line, which is how we keep colour consistent across the whole run.

What is your MOQ for custom figurines?
100 units per design for soft vinyl or ABS. Resin art statues start from 50 units. Plush starts from 300 units. We can discuss smaller pilot runs for new partners.
Who owns the IP of the character we create?
100% yours. We sign an IP assignment at project start — full transfer of sculpt files, moulds, and production rights upon final delivery. No royalties, no hidden usage.
How long does a full custom project take?
Brief to sample: 12 working days. Sample to mass production: 30–40 days depending on material and quantity. EU/US shipping by air or sea is included in our delivery schedule.
Can you keep a secret design hidden from the production line?
Yes. Secret and chase variants are tooled and packed in a separate, access-controlled area, and the packing plan is sealed until the run starts. We are used to NDA-covered launches.
What packing ratio do you support?
Standard is a full case that contains one complete set (for example 12 boxes per display, one of each design). Mixed-ratio cases for chase variants are planned case by case.
Can we reuse the mould for a second series?
Yes — the mould is yours and stays in our tool store, maintained free of charge between runs. Re-runs only need material and set-up, so the second run is faster and cheaper.
