What is your MOQ for custom figurines?
100 units per design for soft vinyl or ABS. Resin art statues start from 50 units. Plush starts from 300 units. We can discuss smaller pilot runs for new partners.
Who owns the IP of the character we create?
100% yours. We sign an IP assignment at project start — full transfer of sculpt files, moulds, and production rights upon final delivery. No royalties, no hidden usage.
How long does a full custom project take?
Brief to sample: 12 working days. Sample to mass production: 30–40 days depending on material and quantity. EU/US shipping by air or sea is included in our delivery schedule.
What certifications do your products have?
EN71, ASTM F963, CE, FCC, RoHS and OEKO-TEX (for plush). Lab reports provided with every shipment. Suitable for retail in EU, US, UK, AU, JP and KR.
Can you help with packaging and retail display?
Yes. Custom retail box, window box, blind-box wrapper, gift bag, mailer, and outer carton — all designed in-house. We also build retail-ready display trays for shelf drops.
Who owns the mould, and can I move production elsewhere?
You do. Tooling is yours from the day it is cut, and we release the mould and sculpt files on request. If you ever move the programme, the tooling ships to your new supplier.
What does sampling cost, and is it refunded?
Sampling is quoted per project and credited against your production order once the run is confirmed. You see and approve a physical sample before tooling starts.
What are your payment terms?
Standard is 50% deposit to start tooling, 50% balance before shipment. Long-term partners can be reviewed for open account terms.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes, and we recommend it. Huizhou is about an hour from Shenzhen and Hong Kong by road. We can arrange a full line walk-through, or a live video tour if travel is not practical.
Will you sign an NDA before I share my designs?
Yes. We sign an NDA before any file is exchanged, and the production floor is under IP-camera coverage with access control on confidential programmes.
