Testing is done by third-party labs on production samples, not on lab-made prototypes.

What you receive
A lab report for every shipment, a material declaration on request, and full traceability back to the production batch. Camera coverage across the floor means we can pull the record of any carton if a question comes up months later.
A note on audits
We are listed on the Disney ILS facility register and audited annually for ISO 9001. If your programme runs its own audit, tell us the checklist at enquiry stage — most of it we already hold, and we would rather flag a gap early than discover it during a booking window.

What is your MOQ for custom figurines?
100 units per design for soft vinyl or ABS. Resin art statues start from 50 units. Plush starts from 300 units. We can discuss smaller pilot runs for new partners.
Who owns the IP of the character we create?
100% yours. We sign an IP assignment at project start — full transfer of sculpt files, moulds, and production rights upon final delivery. No royalties, no hidden usage.
How long does a full custom project take?
Brief to sample: 12 working days. Sample to mass production: 30–40 days depending on material and quantity. EU/US shipping by air or sea is included in our delivery schedule.
Can you supply test reports before I place an order?
Yes. Send the material and target market and we will share recent third-party reports for comparable products.
Are certificates in your name or the client's?
Factory certificates are in our legal name. Product test reports are issued per shipment and can be addressed to your company — confirm at order stage so the lab issues them correctly.
Do you support Disney FAMA documentation?
Yes — we are on the Disney ILS facility register and can support FAMA documentation for licensed programmes.
