★ PVC FIGURES

PVC figures, made in-house.

PVC is the workhorse for character merchandise: sharp detail, stable colour, and a unit cost that survives retail margins. We injection-mould, paint and pad-print under one roof.

01

Injection Moulding

Moulds are cut and trialled in our own tool room, so a design tweak does not turn into a three-week email chain with an outside shop.

02

Spray & Hand Painting

Masked spray for base colours, hand painting for small details. Colour is matched to Pantone and checked against the approved master under standard light.

03

Pad Printing

Logos, eyes and fine graphics are pad-printed, then abrasion-tested so the print survives shipping and shelf handling.

04

Assembly & Packing

Multi-part figures are assembled, articulated where needed, and packed to your retail format — window box, blind wrapper or mailer.

Where PVC wins

Pick PVC when you need detail and volume: blind-box figures, keychains, retail merchandise and licensed giveaways. If you want a softer, rounder feel with a hollow body, soft vinyl is usually the better call; if you need a large display piece with hand-painted depth, look at resin. We run all three, so the recommendation is based on your design rather than on what we happen to have spare capacity for.

★ FAQ

Frequently asked.

Quick answers about MOQ, lead time, IP rights, payment and shipping.

What is your MOQ for custom figurines?

100 units per design for soft vinyl or ABS. Resin art statues start from 50 units. Plush starts from 300 units. We can discuss smaller pilot runs for new partners.

Who owns the IP of the character we create?

100% yours. We sign an IP assignment at project start — full transfer of sculpt files, moulds, and production rights upon final delivery. No royalties, no hidden usage.

How long does a full custom project take?

Brief to sample: 12 working days. Sample to mass production: 30–40 days depending on material and quantity. EU/US shipping by air or sea is included in our delivery schedule.

Will the paint match my Pantone reference exactly?

We match to Pantone and sign off a physical master before the run. Industrial paint on plastic can shift a shade or two under different light — that is why we approve on a real part, not on a screen.

Can you do translucent or glow-in-the-dark PVC?

Yes — semi-transparent, pearl, glow and flocked finishes are all available on the PVC line. Send a reference piece and we will match it.

Do I own the mould?

Yes. The tooling is yours from the day it is cut, and we release the sculpt files and mould to you on final delivery.
