★ HOW YOUR ORDER MOVES
Five clear stages, from your brief to delivery.
Each stage is owned by a named project manager. Weekly photos and written updates are standard.
Sample Sign-off
From the approved design we print a white-wax or red-wax sample for size and proportion. After your sign-off, we move on to mould layout.
Mould Development
With your OK on the sample, our mould team lays out the cavities per your quantity and opens steel moulds. CNC, EDM and hand polish.
Trial Production Sign-off
Trial run pulls out the first plastic parts for your approval. In parallel, our spray line makes a colour proof so you can sign off plastic and paint in one round.
Mass Production & Ship
Once both the plastic part and the colour proof are signed off, we run full mass production. Final QC, retail packing, worldwide delivery.

- Every batch of plastic pellets logged on intake — supplier, lot number, weight.

- Final carton label carries the batch code — one scan to trace any unit back to its raw material.
